Not all hosting is equal
At the big providers, you get a server and a ticket portal. With us, you get a service that runs — and someone who takes care of it.
The difference in practice:
- Large provider: You order a VM, install yourself, configure yourself, patch yourself. When something doesn’t work, you file a ticket.
- Nexilon: We set up, configure, monitor, patch, and respond. You use the service. When something doesn’t work, you call us.
Fully managed means, with us:
- Setup and configuration
- Updates and security patches
- Monitoring and proactive maintenance
- Backup (including offsite via our Managed PBS)
- Personal support — available outside normal business hours
Services we operate for you
We don’t host websites. We operate IT infrastructure that keeps your organization running.
Virtual Servers (VPS)
Windows or Linux, sized to your needs. No off-the-shelf standard packages — we configure what you actually require. Custom resources, dedicated IP addresses, fully managed.
Email Archiving (MailStore SPE)
The hosted version of our MailStore solution: tamper-proof email archiving as a managed service. GDPR-compliant, no hardware required on your end.
Microsoft Exchange
Hosted Exchange server for organizations that don’t want to put their email infrastructure in the Microsoft cloud, but also don’t want to run their own Exchange server. Fully managed, in German data centers.
Cloud Phone Systems
VoIP telephony without on-premises PBX hardware. We operate the phone system for you — including setup, number porting, and ongoing operations.
ZTNA — Zero Trust Network Access
Secure access to hosted services without traditional VPN. We operate the ZTNA infrastructure so your employees can securely access company resources from anywhere — including services hosted with us.
FortiClient EMS
Centralized endpoint management for FortiClient — hosted and operated by us. Integrated into your Fortinet security architecture without the need to run your own EMS server.

Additional Services
We also operate NetBox (network documentation and IPAM), Keycloak (identity management), and other services on demand. If you want to outsource a service, talk to us — chances are we already run it.
S3-Compatible Object Storage
For backups, archiving, media files, or applications that expect S3-compatible storage: we offer object storage as a managed service. Hosted in German data centers, connected via the standard S3 protocol.
Ideal for:
- Offsite backup target (e.g., for Proxmox Backup Server or Veeam)
- Archive storage for large data volumes
- Backend for applications with S3 API
